1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and kd555 ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the kd555 online casino, sports betting, and related services accessible at kd555.ws and all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and application programming interfaces.

By registering an account, accessing the kd555 platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any amendments we may publish from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of kd555, you must register a single personal account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. During registration, you are required to provide:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number from any major operator (Grameenphone, Banglalink, Robi, Airtel Bangladesh, or Teletalk) that you own and control. This number will serve as your primary account identifier and is required for OTP two-factor login.
• A secure password of your choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. kd555 will never ask you to share your password via any communication channel.
• Accurate personal details including your full name and date of birth as they appear on your national identity document or passport. False information provided at registration may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.
• Agreement to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policy by completing the registration process.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kd555 support immediately. kd555 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kd555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals using the following methods available to Bangladesh players:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. Mobile wallet deposits credit to your kd555 account balance instantly upon confirmation.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Bank transfer deposits are credited on the same business day when initiated during standard banking hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time, Sunday to Thursday).
• Card payments via Visa and Mastercard in BDT. Card deposit minimums match the mobile wallet minimum of ৳100. Card deposits are processed securely through the card provider's own payment gateway.
• All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. kd555 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same mobile wallet or bank account that was used to make the corresponding deposit. kd555 does not process withdrawals to accounts not associated with the depositing payment method, regardless of circumstances.
• Standard withdrawals up to ৳1,00,000 are processed within five minutes during standard operating hours (24 hours a day, seven days a week). Larger withdrawal requests above ৳1,00,000 may require KYC identity verification before the payout is released, which can extend processing time by up to 24 hours.
• kd555 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request additional documentation, or place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

kd555 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile network operator, bank, or card provider may apply their own transaction fees. kd555 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party financial institutions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kd555 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions timed to events such as Eid, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these general Terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. You must meet the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be transferred to your real-money wallet and subsequently withdrawn.
• kd555 reserves the right to cancel a bonus or void bonus-derived winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion between players, use of automated software to place bets, or any other activity that kd555 reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional terms.
• Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.

kd555 may at its sole discretion withdraw, modify, or introduce new bonus offers at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to check the current promotions page and the specific terms attached to any offer before opting in.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All casino games offered on kd555 use certified random number generation (RNG) software provided by regulated third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the respective game provider and are available within the game's information panel.

• Bets placed and confirmed by the platform are final. Once a bet has been accepted and the game round or event has commenced, the bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or refunded, except in cases where kd555 determines at its sole discretion that a technical error materially affected the outcome of the game round.

A manifest error is defined as an odds price that is demonstrably incorrect due to a data feed error or human input error.
• Live in-play betting markets close automatically when the relevant event or game phase ends. Bets submitted after the market closing time but before the system registers the close are void and the stake is returned. kd555 does not accept responsibility for delays in market closure caused by third-party data feed providers.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. Specific limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market. kd555 may adjust bet limits at any time based on player history, risk parameters, or game provider requirements.

7. Responsible Gaming

kd555 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gambling activity. The platform is intended solely for adult entertainment. Gambling is not a method of generating income and involves real financial risk. Players are encouraged to set strict personal limits and to treat any gambling activity as a form of entertainment, not investment.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active.

• Opening more than one account, whether under your own identity or under a false identity, for any purpose including the circumvention of a self-exclusion period, the collection of multiple welcome bonuses, or avoiding a previous account suspension.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, navigate the platform, claim bonuses, or in any way interact with the platform's systems in a manner not available to or intended for a human user.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated arbitrage betting across accounts, or sharing insider information about live sporting events.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate winnings beyond what the game is designed to produce under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed from the account balance.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity. kd555 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units and will report suspicious transactions as required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

kd555 employs real-time transaction monitoring and behavioural analysis to detect prohibited activity. Where prohibited activity is detected, kd555 will act swiftly and without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the kd555 platform — including but not limited to software code, game interfaces, game assets provided by third-party studios, graphic design elements, logos, brand name, marketing copy, and all structural and presentational elements of the website — is owned by or licensed to kd555 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kd555 platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the kd555 platform without prior written authorisation from kd555.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kd555 shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if kd555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary decision to gamble, including losses sustained during any session where all deposited funds are wagered and lost. Gambling losses are an inherent and expected outcome of gambling activity and are not recoverable from kd555 under any circumstances.
• Any interruption to the kd555 service caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including telecommunications infrastructure failures, power outages, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or acts of God. kd555 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of an unplanned outage.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the kd555 platform, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if kd555 has been expressly advised of the possibility of such damages in advance.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes kd555's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

kd555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kd555 will notify registered players by publishing a notice on the kd555 platform and updating the effective date displayed at the top of this document. For significant changes affecting existing player rights or obligations, kd555 will additionally send a notification to the mobile number registered on your account.

Your continued use of the kd555 platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting kd555 support.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment services as understood and applied in the jurisdiction from which the player is accessing the platform. kd555 does not make any representation regarding the legality of its services under the laws of any specific jurisdiction and the player bears sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with local laws.
